No Longer Able To Work Due To Injury

Short Sale Closed

A Vietnamese family put about 30% cash down on a home in St. Charles for a prime site and built a lovely home. He was injured and could no longer work in the business he owned. The business was forced to close. This was a new development where the builder went out of business in the market crash. Only about 35 homes were finished out of 200 sites in the subdivision. Another Builder bought the complex and built $200,000 homes 4 doors away from his $360,000 property. The new homes included finished basements, similar views and prime sites. We successfully sold his home for $185,000 in a Short Sale. The remaining debt was forgiven and our homeowner and family could go on with their life.
